There will be changes to Supertram services before, during and after the Steel City Derby (Sheffield Wednesday vs Sheffield United at Hillsborough Stadium) on Sunday 23 November.
For the safety of customers, colleagues and fans, South Yorkshire Police and Supertram have made the decision to implement service changes on the Blue and Yellow routes.
Temporary changes on Sunday 23 November:
- Sunday morning (until approximately 10am): Normal service on all routes.
- Before the match (10am until approximately 12pm): Blue and Yellow route services will terminate at Cathedral. Normal service on Purple and Tram Train routes.
- During the match (12pm to approximately 1pm): Normal service on all routes.
- After the match (1pm to approximately 3pm): Blue and Yellow route services will terminate at Shalesmoor for Kelham Island. Normal service on Purple and Tram Train routes.
- After approximately 3pm: Normal service on all routes.

Please be aware that tram services towards and away from Hillsborough are expected to be busier than usual before and after the match.
Alternative travel options:
The Travel South Yorkshire Journey Planner can be used to plan an alternative route. In the 'More options' section, untick 'Tram' to plan a bus-only or walking journey from Sheffield city centre to Hillsborough Stadium.
All Park and Ride sites will be open as normal.
