Have your say in a public consultation or survey

As a public organisation, we want the views of residents, passengers, and other interested organisations when we're considering changes or improvements.

Current consultations and surveys

  • April Service Changes 2024

We’ve worked with operators, local authority representatives, employers and residents to identify changes that we feel would improve specific local services and are looking to implement some of them from Sunday 7 April 2024.

We’re now seeking your views on these proposed changes to the bus network. You have until Thursday 15 February to send us your feedback.  Tell us what you think

Previous consultations

  • Interchange Facilities survey

We wanted to hear what you think about our facilities and customer service provided at our interchanges so we can make improvements that will enhance your experience and help to keep you moving.  The survey ran from 24 August until 11 September.

  • Have your say on South Yorkshire's buses

We asked you about the journeys you make in South Yorkshire and your priorities for using public money to support bus services, in a public survey held between Monday 1 August to Friday 19 August.

Feedback from the survey will help to shape and inform our decision-making on the most effective use of South Yorkshire bus budget, to pay for services where communities rely on them the most.

  • South Yorkshire Enhanced Partnership

South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority (SYMCA) recently approved plans to develop an Enhanced Partnership with bus operators in response to the government’s National Bus Strategy, Bus Back Better. We asked for feedback on the proposed improvements that the Enhanced Partnership is aiming to make – the Enhanced Partnership Plan, and the actions to achieve them – the Enhanced Partnership Scheme, in a public consultation. The iPort Bridge Scheme is a proposed new transport link between New Rossington and the iPort, over the River Torne. It will help people get to the iPort by public transport, walking and cycling.
