iPort Bridge Scheme Consultation

A major scheme to build a new public transport and active travel bridge link has begun in New Rossington, Doncaster. The new bridge will provide improved sustainable transport links into the iPort employment site for buses, cyclists and pedestrians. The £7m scheme is part funded by the Government’s Transforming Cities Fund.

The iPort Bridge is expected to be open for use in early 2024. 

The iPort Bridge Scheme is being delivered by Doncaster Council and South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority (SYMCA) and is part of Sheffield City Region's £166 million Transforming Cities Fund.
