    Traveline is Travel South Yorkshire’s transport helpline. We are normally open from:

    • 7am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 8pm on weekends
    • 362 days a year (only closing on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day). 

    We are here to help provide you with answers to your public transport questions wherever you are.

    The Travel South Yorkshire contact centre team are here to help you. Speak to one of our friendly, professional advisors for up-to-date, reliable, personal travel advice and journey planning information. 

    We also provide a range of high quality helpdesk and support services which include:

    Travel South Yorkshire promises to always:

    • be welcoming, friendly, helpful and polite
    • listen to what you say
    • give you clear, correct and up-to-date information
    • treat you fairly
    • offer a range of ways that you can contact us
    • answer 90% of calls within the working day, of which 80% will be answered within 30 seconds
    • reply to your comments within ten working days and telephone messages within one working day.
