Fares cut and frozen for 2026

From 1 January fares across Supertram and child fares on buses and trams will be frozen, alongside a cut to the long-distance single Supertram fare. 

Your Fares 2026: 

• Supertram fares frozen at their current rates. 
• Supertram adult long-distance singles cut from £3.40 to £3. 
• Child concessionary singles on bus and tram frozen at £1. 

The scheme aims to help families travel more easily, ease the cost of living and encourage more people back onto public transport.
