Meadowhall Customer Service Team wins best of UK

The team that looks after Meadowhall Interchange cleaning and customer service won Best Team in the UK in the recent British Security Awards (BSIA), in London.
Organised by the British Security Industry Association, the British Security Awards recognises security officers and companies working to keep people, property and places professionally protected during the last 18 months.
Bidvest Noonan contractors provide all cleaning and customer services on our interchanges and although small, the team led by Debbie Owen has made an impact.
According to BSIA, “the Meadowhall Interchange Team take care of one of South Yorkshire’s biggest transport hubs - managing complex challenges including terrorism threats, crime, and vulnerable individuals. Despite facing emotionally taxing incidents, the team demonstrate resilience, professionalism and compassion, ensuring the safety of thousands of commuters and visitors daily and protecting the Meadowhall community.”
“It’s fantastic news”, says Customer Service Manager Craig Flanaghan, who’s responsible for Meadowhall Interchange.
“It’s such a huge achievement to be recognised by the BSIA. The team go above and beyond in providing excellent customer service and keeping people safe and the Interchange secure. It’s a defining moment for Bidvest Noonan and SYMCA and I feel very proud on what the team has achieved and what they continue to do”, concluded Craig.
