Performances explore hidden history on Sheffield bus route

Students will explore urban legend and hidden histories in a series of site-specific performances across Sheffield city centre this Friday 21 April.
Part of the Sheffield Interchange Reanimation Project – a partnership between SYMCA, Travel South Yorkshire and Sheffield Hallam UniversityCircling the City will showcase a dramatisation of histories, narratives, dreams, and disturbances developed by Level 5 Acting and Performance students.

Performances will start at 10 am, at Sheffield Interchange’s Bay B and follow the Sheffield Connect bus route, finishing at 3:30pm. Each performance will last 15 minutes and there’s no need to book.
Over 370 students have taken part in the Sheffield Interchange Reanimation Project since October 2022, which aims to inject new life in the bus station and surrounding areas.
