Traveline has a new free number
The Traveline telephone number, used by customers who want to find out information about South Yorkshire’s public transport network, is being replaced by a new number, 0800 952 0002, which is free to call from any mobile phone or landline.
We’ve taken this action as not everyone has access to inclusive calls on mobile phones, meaning that the cost of calling Traveline could be prohibitive for a disproportionate amount of bus users.
By replacing the current 01709 51 51 51 phone number with the freephone number 0800 952 0002 we are making it free for everyone who wants to contact us by phone.
