To celebrate 200 years of the modern railways and Community Rail Week, South Yorkshire Community Rail and Penistone Line are organising a free Song Walk on Thursday 22 May, in Edale.
Free travel on the Supertram network for military and ex-military personnel on 8 May.
The works will start at Gleadless Townend tram stop on Saturday 3 May and run until Monday 5 May and will affect Blue Route and Purple Route tram services.
Bus and tram services will be subject to change over Easter weekend as South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority (SYMCA) continues to invest in the Supertram system.
