Local bike repair services and retailers can get involved in the Fix Your Bike Voucher Scheme. The scheme hopes to build on the recent increase in cycling, both for leisure and as an alternative to commuting via public transport or by car. Current government guidelines on social distancing has seen a huge revival in the general public using bikes as their mode of travel. It is hoped that the scheme will also further reduce the number short journeys that are made by private car.

Eligible businesses all over the UK are currently being encouraged to sign-up to participate in the scheme via: https://fixyourbikevoucherscheme.est.org.uk/ . Any business applying to register must have valid liability insurance. A full list of terms and  conditions is provided on the registration page.
