Supertram service disruption: Blue and Yellow routes

We are experiencing ongoing technical issues with our tram location reporting system, which our Control Centre uses to monitor tram movements across the network and make real-time operational decisions.

Unfortunately, this means trams have to operate at a reduced frequency, so we will be running an amended service on the Blue and Yellow routes on Thursday 15 October. The Tram Train route will run as normal.

Our teams are working hard to manage the network safely and minimise any impact on passengers while the issue is resolved. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience this disruption will cause and thank passengers for their patience and understanding while we work to restore services back to the usual timetable.
