Hulleys of Baslow bus services

The bus company Hulleys of Baslow has announced it is to cease trading after service on Wednesday 26 March.
Hulleys of Baslow previously operated bus services between Sheffield and the Peak District.

 

Alternative services

Alternative services are available for those customers who travel on some routes previously operated by Hulleys of Baslow in South Yorkshire.

  • 257 – Sheffield to Bakewell via Bamford

Derbyshire County Council has announced that service 257 Sheffield to Bakewell will be run by Andrew’s.

Alternatively, First Bus service 51 runs 4 times an hour from Lodge Moor to City Centre and Charnock via Crosspool.

  • 271/272 – Sheffield to Castleton via Hathersage

From 28 March a new operator called High Peak will run the same route and times as the Hulleys 271/272.
272: First Bus will continue to run 272 journeys every two-hours Monday to Saturday and hourly on Sundays service
