Survey on COVID-19 measures
During the Summer of 2021 we conducted an online survey about Covid-19 measures in place on public transport.
We wanted your views on whether these measures were working.
We had a good response rate to this survey providing us with vital information on:
- What measures you are aware of?
- What measures are working?
Most of the responses we received were about travel on bus. The results clearly show that Covid-19 has impacted on how safe you feel whilst making a journey on public transport whether this was pre or post lifting of travel restrictions.
We’re using your responses as part of our customer feedback programme to help shape our plans and take action across our activities.
The Summary Report below on Covid-19 measures on Public Transport provides details of the findings on bus travel.
