Supertram’s Dog of the Week Competition

Prize draw terms and conditions:

1. The promotion/prize draw is a competition, which is open to anyone subject to these terms and conditions and Supertram’s Privacy Policy.
2. Entry into the competition is conditional upon submitting your dog photo(s) to Supertram in one of the following ways:
   1. Via social media: comment on, direct message, or share a post, tagging Supertram and including a photo of your dog.
   2. If you do not use social media, you can enter by emailing your details (name, telephone number, and photo(s)) to: marketing@supertram.com
   3. If you do not use social media or email, you can enter by post, including your details (name, telephone number, address, and photo(s)) to: Marketing Department, Ref: Dog Competition, Supertram, 1 East Parade, Sheffield, S1 2ET
3. If entering via social media, your account must be set to public so that Supertram can view tagged entries and submitted photos.
4. All entries must be received by 23:59 on Wednesday 19 August 2026.
5. One winner will be selected at random during:
   1. 09/07/2026-15/07/2026
   2. 16/07/2026-22/07/2026
   3. 23/07/2026-29/07/2026
   4. 30/07/2026-05/08/2026
   5. 06/08/2026-12/08/2026
   6. 13/08/2026-19/08/2026
6. There will be 6 winners altogether.
7. Each of the winners will receive a Tram Day Pass to be used within 1 month of the competition.
8. Only one entry per person is permitted per week.
9. Employees of SYMCA, SYFTL or TravelMaster, including their families, are not eligible to enter.
10. The winner will be decided at random in accordance with these terms and conditions.
11. The winners will be contacted directly at the end of each promotional week.
12. The list of winners will be shared on Supertram’s channels at the end of the competition.
13. The winners must provide an email address or postal address for the tram pass to be sent to.
14. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, a new winner will be drawn.
15. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other travel passes.
16. The promoter is Supertram, and these terms and conditions are governed by English law.

Yes, for everyone’s safety, dogs must follow Supertram’s Conditions of Carriage.

Photos of your dog on the tram over the past year, since dogs have been allowed on trams.
