Two winners will each win a festival experience package for themselves and a friend, including:

  • Tram Classic jacket potato vouchers, courtesy of SpudBros Express Sheffield

Terms and Conditions for the Tramlines 2026 competition:
  1. The Tramlines festival experience (“the competition”) is open to anyone subject to these terms and conditions.
  2. The Promoter is South Yorkshire Future Trams Limited (SYFTL) of Supertram, Nunnery Depot, Woodbourn Road, Sheffield, S9 3LS
  3. The competition is open to enter from Tuesday 26 May 2026 until Tuesday 9 June 2026.
  4. Entry into the competition is not conditional upon completing the entry requirements, listed above and within the social media post caption.
  5. If you do not have a social media account and want to participate in the competition, please email us at marketing@supertram.com
  6. If you do not have a social media account or email account, and want to participate in the competition, you can post your name, telephone number and postal address to: 
    1. Supertram Marketing Department, Ref: Tramlines Competition, Nunnery Depot, Woodbourn Road, Sheffield, S9 3LS
  7. All entries must be received by 23:59 on Tuesday 9 Jun2 2026. Entrants participating after this date will not be eligible.
  8. Two winners and their friend will each receive.
    1. A pair of Tramlines festival weekend general admission tickets on 24-26 July 2026
    2. Two Tram 3-Day passes, to be used between 24-26 July 2026 only for up to 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child.
    3. Two Tram Classic jacket potato vouchers to be redeemed by 31 July 2026 at SpudBros Express Sheffield. Vouchers exclude any extras such as additional toppings or drinks.
      1. Vouchers are valid only at the SpudBros Express Sheffield store
      2. Vouchers include a Classic Jacket Potato only and exclude extras, including additional toppings and drinks.
      3. Any changes to, or additional, toppings are subject to availability and at the discretion of SpudBros Express Sheffield.
  9. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
  10. All entrants must be aged 18 or over. Proof of age, identity and criteria for entry may be required.
  11. There are no limitations on the number of comments and tags per person on the social media competition post. One entry is valid per person if they post more than one comment and tag.
  12. When entering via email or post, only one entry per person is permitted.
  13. By entering the competition, the winners may be asked to take part in any associated publicity relating to the competition without further consent when required. Beyond this, the winning entrant’s personal information will only be used by SYFTL for the purposes of administering the competition and notifying the winners and in accordance with Supertram's Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the use of your data in this way, please do not enter this competition. By entering the promotion, you consent to SYFTL processing your personal data.
  14. Employees of SYFTL, South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority (SYMCA), or TravelMaster, including their families, are not eligible to enter.
  15. The winner will be decided at random in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  16. If the winners only require one Tramlines ticket, one Supertram pass and one SpudBros Express Sheffield voucher, Supertram reserves the right to select an additional winner for the remaining prize elements.
  17. All winners must have completed all of the entry requirements, including following the specified accounts, liking the post, commenting on the post and tagging a friend. If the selected winner has not completed all the entry requirements, a new winner will be drawn.
  18. The winner will be contacted on Wednesday 10 June 2026.
  19. The winner will be announced in June, and the Promoter must make available the name, and (if applicable) winning entries of the competition winners to anyone who requests this via marketing@supertram.com within one month of the Closing Date. The Promoter must also provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
  20. Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
  21. The winner must provide their contact details to receive the tickets and vouchers. This may include full name, email address, postal address, and telephone number. If the winner refuses to provide their contact details, SYFTL has the right to redraw a new winner.
  22. If a winner does not respond with their contact details within 24 hours of being contacted, a new winner will be drawn.
  23. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, travel passes or alternative value.
  24. The promoter is SYFTL and these terms and conditions are governed by English law.
  25. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault.
  26. Entry into the competition will be deemed to constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.
