CityWide tickets now valid to and from Magna

From today (Monday 22 June), customers can use CityWide tickets to travel to and from Magna on Supertram.

The new Magna Tram Train stop, which opened on 9 April 2026, is located on the boundary between Sheffield and Rotherham. To make travel simpler, Magna has now been included within the CityWide ticket area, bringing tram ticket acceptance in line with local bus services.

A CityWide ticket offers unlimited travel on all buses and trams within Sheffield, including travel to and from Magna. Please note that journeys beyond Magna to Rotherham Central and Parkgate are not included with a CityWide ticket.

Travel to and from Magna is also included with SYConnect tickets, which cover travel across both Sheffield and Rotherham.

Tickets can be purchased through the TSY Mobile app, from TravelMaster, or onboard.
