Interchange and station accessible features
Travel South Yorkshire (TSY) is committed to accessibility of public transport and transport interchanges.
Our interchanges
Travel South Yorkshire’s larger interchanges offer a range of features such as: accessible toilets, baby changing facilities, CCTV for improved safety, hearing aid loop systems, help points and seated waiting areas.
Rail stations - Accessible travel
A lot of work has gone in to improving accessibility at rail stations. However, if you have a disability you may benefit by booking assistance ahead of your journey. You can contact National Rail Enquiries or the individual rail companies direct either by phone or online and request Passenger Assist to book free travel assistance.
You can plan assistance for your travel as well as find direct contact numbers for each of the train operators on their Passenger Assist page.
