Tram stops
Supertram stops are unstaffed. Platforms are either at pavement level or accessed via a ramp to provide level access with trams. Tactile paving on our platforms indicates the area where the doors will be when the tram stops.
Customer information is available in poster cases at all tram stops, including details about stop facilities, onward travel connections and contact details for Traveline. Most platforms have a visual customer information display which provides real time customer information regarding tram departures, and delays or disruption.
