MegaTravel Pass

If you are a South Yorkshire resident and under 16, you are eligible for a Megatravel Pass.
The MegaTravel Pass entitles pass holders to concessionary travel on buses, trams and trains in South Yorkshire.

Latest news:

Our Megatravel passes are changing and from September 2011 will be issued as plastic smartcards.

The new credit-card-sized cards will be longer lasting. If you are applying in person for a new or replacement pass, you’ll no longer need to provide a passport size photograph*. Your pass will be sent to your home address by second class post.

The smart card will eventually offer extra features, such as topping up your card with cash. That way you won’t need to make sure you have the right bus fare every day.

Valid on:
bustramtrain

Price: £0.00
Operator(s): All operators
Duration: Your Megatravel will be valid up to the 31st July of the school year in which you turn 16 (or up to the day before your 16th birthday if that falls in August).
Available from: Travel South Yorkshire Information Centres
