Disruptions

The 13:00 departure from Rotherham will be retimed to depart Dinnington Interchange at 13:45 and operate around the Firbeck loop.
The 14:00 departure from Dinnington will be therefore retimed to depart Dinnington at 14:35 before operating the Firbeck loop and then onto Rotherham.

Tram Train services will divert to Meadowhall Interchange. The last service to Parkgate will depart Cathedral at 17:00, and the last service to Cathedral will depart Parkgate at 17:31. 

Supertram replacement bus service TT1 is timetabled to connect to tram services at Meadowhall South and will serve Rotherham Central and Parkgate.

This construction work won’t affect other tram routes, but other network improvement works may affect services at certain times.

Services 21 and 22 will divert from Gloucester Road via Thievesdale Lane, Blyth Road, Sheffield Road and Oldcotes then will resume normal route.

During this time, all stops between Oldcotes and B6041 Thievesdale Lane will not be in use, and Carlton and Langold villages will not be served. 

Alternative stops can be found in Oldcotes, or on Doncaster Road or Gloucester Road.

Service M44 will divert through Frecheville along Linley Lane, Alport Road, Youlgreave Drive, Linley Lane, Birley Moor Road and Silkstone Road.

Service M45 will divert through Frecheville along Silkstone Road, Birley Moor Road, Linley Lane, Youlgreave Drive, Alport Road and Linley Lane.

Service 383 will divert via Beech Road / Briar Road / Mere Lane & Church Street resuming normal route on Hatfield Lane.

Services 481 and 481a will operate via Beech Road / Church Street & Mill Street in both directions.

Service 137 will be using the full length of Skelwith Road in both directions

Services 24, 25 & 95 towards Woodhouse/Rotherham diverted via Park Square roundabout, Duke Street, Bernard Street & Cricket Inn Road.

City bound journeys normal route

Services 47 and 48 to divert via Barnsley Road and Hucklow Road in both directions.

Hillsborough Stadium - Sheffield Wednesday Home Games

When Leppings Lane (only) closes:
Services 18, 31, 97 & 98 TOWARDS Hillsborough Interchange will divert along Penistone Road, then turn right along Bradfield Rd to Hillsborough Corner.
Services FROM Hillsborough Interchange will turn left onto Langsett Rd, left down Bamforth St, then left along Penistone Rd.

Additionally due to parked cars on Donovan Road, Service 98 will operate via the 97 route for the duration of a game

Bramall Lane Stadium -Sheffield United Home Games

Bramall Lane will close for a substantial period. Shoreham Street will also close sporadically between Alderson Road & Charlotte Road Roundabout.
Services 11, 18 & MAN4 will divert via Queens Road, Charlotte Road, Shoreham Street & St Mary's Road in both directions.
Service 252 will divert via Queens Road, Granville Square and St. Mary's Road in both directions.

TO GET THERE:
Shoreham Street: Services 1, 11, 24, 25 & 51.
Queens Road: Services 70/70a.

Note: If Shoreham Street is closed, then 1, 11, 18, 24, 41, 51, 252 & MAN4 services will all divert via Queens Road, Granville Square & St Mary's Road in both directions.

Services 27b, 28 and 32, although not diverted, these will be subject to delay along Pontefract Road near Oakwell Stadium.

Several roads in the vicinity of the Football Ground are also subject to Traffic Restriction Orders before and after each game.

New York Stadium -Rotherham United Home Games

When Main Street closes:

Services 73, 95 & X3 from Rotherham will re-divert via Bridge Street, Centenary Way & Ickles roundabout (73 & 95 services then Sheffield Road, Old Sheffield Road & Canklow Road). To Rotherham unaffected.

Services 137 and 138 towards Rotherham will turn left on Centenary Way, College Road Roundabout, then Bridge Street.
FROM Rotherham will divert via Chantry Bridge, Greasbrough Road & Centenary Way, then U turn back to Masbrough Street.

TO GET THERE:
Approx 5-10 min walk from Rotherham Interchange via Corporation Street and Main Street
Approx 5-10 walk from Rotherham Central, side of Canal, past Poolice station then onto Main Street

Hillsborough Stadium

Service 86 - This diversion will be in place 1 hour before kick off until 30 minutes after full time. It will be on normal route either side of this.

Towards Low Edges
The service will follow the route as normal to the bottom of Fox Hill Crescent. After that it will turn left up Fox Hill Road and then right onto Wilcox Road. It will carry on to the lights where it will turn right onto Halifax Road, back on normal route.

Towards Chapeltown
Instead of turning left onto Fox Hill Road, the service will follow Halifax Road to the traffic lights (junction with Wilcox Road). At that point it will turn left onto Wilcox Road. At the end of Wilcox Road the service will turn right onto Fox Hill Road and follow the normal 86 route to Low Edges until it reaches the bottom of Fox Hill Crescent. 
It will then turn left onto Fox Hill Road, then finally right onto Wilcox Road - back on normal line of route.

Service 20 will divert via Laughten-en-le-Morthen High Street, Rotherham Lane and Rose Lane, resuming normal route from Steadfolds Lane.

During these times Brookhouse and Slade Hooton will not be served.

Alternatively, please call Rotherham Community Transport on 01709 517100 to book transport with them.

Service 115 to divert via the full length of Laudsdale Road.

A temporary stop has been requested to placed at the end of Laudsdale road just before the junction with Ridgeway.

Service X11 towards Sheffield to operate normal route on Balby Carr Bank and Woodfield Way then divert via  White Rose Way, Wilmington Drive, Lakeside Boulevard, Gliwice Way, Booth Avenue, Bawtry Road, Great Yorkshire Way, iPort Avenue and then normal route.

No bus stops will be missed but delays likely due to the diversion route.

Service X11 towards Maltby/Doncaster is not affected.

Services towards Sheffield will divert directly along Greenland Road.

Services towards Hillsborough are not affected.

Services 18a, X3 and X17 to divert via Meadowhall Road and Weedon Street resuming normal route on Dunlop Street.

Service 207 will additionally divert along Meadowhall Way to / from Meadowhall Road.

Service 409 will divert avia Hunshelf Hall Lane, Tofts Lane, Salter Hill Lane, Cranberry Road, Mortimer Road, High Street and Barnsley Road into Penistone Grammar School. 
It will miss Dean Head Lane, Pond Common Lane, Cross Lane, Park Lane, Roughbirchworth Lane, Bower Hill, Jockey Lane into Penistone Grammar. 

This will be both going to school and home from school.

Service 20 will divert directly along Swinston Hill Road resuming normal route on Lidgett Lane

Services are unable to serve High Nook Road, Byron Road and Silverdales and Lordens Hill at this time.

Service 56 towards Manor Park Centre to divert via Boundary Road, Southend Road (lower section), Manor Oaks Road, Maltravers Terrace, Maltravers Road, Manor Lane (lower section), Harborough Avenue & Manor Park Centre. Not serving Manor Park Crescent, though passengers should be allowed to ride through on the inbound service

Service 56 towards Nether Edge to divert via Manor Park Centre, Manor Park Crescent, Manor Lane (upper section), Manor Lane (lower section), Maltravers Road, Maltravers Terrace & Manor Oaks Road. Not serving Southend Road.

Service 272 will omit both Brough & Bradwell, waiting point time at the Travellers Rest in both directions.

Services 371,372 and 472
Services are to operate via Trafford Way, Cleveland Street right into St Sepulchre Gate West resuming route when turning left onto St James’s Bridge.

Unable to serve the bus stop behind the Health Centre

Services 387 and 388 are to operate directly along Marshland Road, Turn Right Grange Road (opposite Premier) and Left Northgate to resume normal route. 

Morning Services that start on Wembley Road will need to wait time on Marshland Road (By the Library) before diverting as above.
