Sheffield Council no longer send out Zoom Zero Travel Pass application forms.

To renew a Zoom Zero Travel Pass, or complete a new application, please apply online through the Sheffield Council website.

Enquiries: 0114 273 4567 and choose the option for Education, Schools and Children's Services, selecting Children's Travel Pass.
