    You said we did


    The ‘You Said, We Did’ campaign celebrates the positive way South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive (SYPTE) makes improvements for our customers as a direct result of customer feedback. 

    We encourage feedback on what exactly it is you need to make your journey even better, and where possible we turn these comments into direct actions and improvements. Here are some of the recent changes that have been made as a result of customer feedback:


    Barnsley

    You said Public transport does not serve ASOS in time for some worker’s shifts.
    We did: The 216 bus service has been introduced between Bolton-upon-Dearne and Grimethorpe.

    Doncaster

    You said: It’s confusing when cancelled bus services still appear on the information screens in Doncaster Interchange.
    We did: Passenger information screens in Doncaster Interchange have been updated to remove services when they are cancelled, supported with verbal updates at stand to waiting passengers.

    Meadowhall

    You said: When will there be vending machines at Meadowhall Interchange?
    We did: New vending machines have now been installed.

    Sheffield

    You said: There are pot holes where the X78 stops at Sheffield Interchange.
    We did: The X78 bus stop surface has been re-tarmacked.

    Rotherham

    You said: The bus stop on Golden Smithies Lane in Swinton is obscured by trees.
    We did:
    The trees have been cut back so that the stop is easier to see.
