Resolved: Supertram disruption from 09 January 2025 (West Street)
Thank you for your patience while we resolved a rail break on West Street.
Tram service has now resumed between Cathedral, Middlewood and Malin Bridge.
With a tram service now in operation, tram tickets are no longer valid on First Bus services between Sheffield city centre, Hillsborough, Middlewood and Malin Bridge, and the YE1 replacement bus has stopped operating.
This disruption was caused by a rail break on West Street in Sheffield city centre. The break was complex and needed several days to repair.
We apologise to those impacted by the disruption.
Park Grange Road disruption affecting Blue and Purple route services
Due to a track fault on Park Grange Road trams are unable to operate between Sheffield city centre, Gleadless Townend and Herdings Park. View more information.
