The South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive, a member of the Travel South Yorkshire partnership operates 7 Information Centres across South Yorkshire. 

Travel Assistants

Our Travel Assistants are professionally trained to provide a comprehensive public transport information and advice service.

Travel assistants have the knowledge and expertise to promote real travel awareness tailored around your requirements.

Our services

When you visit an Information Centre we can help you with the following services;

• Advice and information on local bus, train and tram services including availability in your local area as well as timetable based information and journey planning.
• Advice and information on finding the right travel ticket for your needs covering operator tickets, concessionary tickets and all Travel South Yorkshire ticketing products.
• At our larger Information Centres you can also book a range of coach holidays from day trips to mini-breaks throughout the UK and Europe
• Advice and information on other products and services including register for timetable updates, YourNextBus and many more.
