  • Personal car travel accounts for 22% of all CO2 emissions.  By using public transport; it reduces traffic congestion and also lowers greenhouse gases.
  • A double-decker bus takes up the road space of 3 cars but can carry the equivalent of 20 car loads of people.
  • Car sharing is a great way to reduce your carbon footprint, it saves you money on fuel, parking and helps reduce congestion.
