Need help using our Journey Planner? Follow the instructions below. Or why not use the help tool on the journey planner at each stage of your journey planning?

How to use our Journey Planner

• Log onto Journey Planner by using one of website links on the homepage or around the website.
• Type in where you are going from and where you are going to.
• Type in the date and time you want to travel.
• Choose which type of transport you want to use - bus, train or tram.
• Click on find journey - you'll be asked to confirm the from and to points again.  Click the plan journey button.
• You will be given a list of journeys to choose from.  You can look at each option to decide the way you want to travel.
• Then click view journey.

You can follow your journey by pressing the map button. At the bottom of the screen there will be a list of options.  Use this if you want to make any changes.

Other interesting features include:

• Customised timetable - click on Timetable to see the complete schedule for your bus route.  By choosing the Customise option, at the bottom of the screen, you can select any stops relevant to your journey and customise your own timetable.
• You can reverse your trip with one click.
• Reset lets you start from the beginning.

All of this information is printer friendly so you can print and carry your own journey plan.
