    Optio Red Day and Week Tickets – Conditions of Issue and Use

    Terms and conditions for Optio Red Day and Week tickets valid from 30 October 2011.

    1. Ownership  

    Optio Red Tickets are owned by the companies issuing them who alone determine the terms of use.

    2. General Validity  

    They may be used for travel on bus service 52 (but not on service N52).

    3. Refunds etc.  

    There are no refunds for lost, stolen or unused tickets.

    4. Use of Products  

    Optio Red Tickets must be shown for each boarding made and produced for inspection when required by any authorised employee of any of the participating operators, the product owners or SYPTE.

    5. Misuse  

    Passengers found using, or attempting to use, Optio Red Tickets:

    1. after the expiry date shown,
    2. in any fraudulent way including for travel other than on service 52, or
    3. which have been defaced, altered or mutilated,

    will immediately forfeit them without right of refund and may be liable to prosecution.

    The right is reserved to refuse the renewal or replacement of any ticket on any particular terms or at all.

    6. Conditions of Carriage 

    Passengers using Optio Red tickets are carried subject to English law and PSV Regulations thereunder, local bye-laws and the Conditions of Carriage of the individual operator is being used.

    7. Queues 

    Possession of an Optio Red ticket does not give the holder any priority over other passengers in any queue or on the bus platform.
