Bridge Street, Sheffield Centre – Wednesday 29th October (2300 – 0500) – No access for buses onto Bridge Street from Castlegate.
Service 88 to operate as normal to Castletgate then via Waingate, Haymarket, High Street, Angel Street, down Snig Hill to West Bars Roundabout and return back up Snig Hill to serve normal stop then via normal route. No stops are missed.
Charter Row bus stop suspensions from start of service until 0700 every day from 18th March until further notice.
Stops 37023132, 37023134 & 37023135 on Charter Row (the first three stops coming around from Furnival Gate) which will be suspended for demolition works.
Greystones Road – Monday 27th October to Friday 31st October (0700 – 1900) will be closed due to resurfacing.
Service 84 to divert via Ecclesall Road and Ringinglow Road in both directions.
Halifax Road/Leppings Lane - bus services in and around this area are currently subject to heavy delays as a result of roadworks and temporary traffic lights. Please check for diversions affecting roads in the area on this page.
Hallam Grange Road/Hallam Grange Crescent - Monday 27th October to Friday 31st October CANCELLED to be rearranged.
Handsworth Grange Road - Monday 27th October to Friday 31st October (0700 – 1900) closed for resurfacing.
Services 30/30A/52 to operate via Retford Road only in both directions.
Meadowhall Road Flood Defence Works, work is due to start on 27th October for a period of 3 weeks.
The stops between Meadowhall Interchange and Jenkin Road will not be served until Monday 17th November. (only stops towards City Direction)
No temporary stops required as there will be no pedestrian access in work area.
Customers to use Meadowhall Interchange or the stop past the junction on Jenkin Road.
Sheffield Road, Penistone, will be temporarily closed to traffic for maintenance work to the railway bridge over night between 2100 on Sunday 26 and 0700 on Monday 27 October 2014.
Services 24 and 29 will be diverted and will not use the section of Sheffield Road and Shrewsbury Road between Green Road in Spring Vale and Market Place in Penistone.
They will be diverted along Green Road, High Street, Market Street, Shrewsbury Road and Market Place. Buses towards Barnsley and Sheffield will use the bus stop in Market Place (instead of Shrewsbury Road) and will divert along Market Street, High Street, Green Road and Sheffield Road.
Wheel Lane in Grenoside will be temporarily one way with traffic only able to travel from Grenoside towards Ecclesfield while emergency repairs are made to a gas leak.
Buses on service M92 towards Grenoside and Fox Hill will divert from Wheel Lane along Creswick Lane, Chaucer Road, Deerlands Avenue, Halifax Road and Salt Box Lane. Buses towards Chapeltown and Harley will be able to run along Salt Box Lane and Wheel Lane as normal.
White Lane – Saturday 1st November (1900 -1000) & Sunday 2nd November (1900 – 0600) closed due to resurfacing work on the motorway bridge.
Service 265 to operate via Loundside, Wortley Road, Westwood New Road, Church Lane and Tankersley Lane before resuming normal route in both directions
