16-18 Student Pass

Interim pass applications process for 11-16 MegaTravel passes and 16-18 Student passes

We continue to work on resolving the issues we have been experiencing with MyTSY and the pass application system. In the meantime we have agreed with the operators to relax the rules so that until the end of September you don’t have to show your pass to obtain the concessionary fare of 70p. It will take a couple of days for operators to inform their drivers or tram conductors of this arrangement and it will be in place until the end of September.

In the meantime students are advised to continue to apply for their pass, visit our Interim pass applications page to find out how to apply via alternative methods such as post, email or phone.

The 16-18 Student Pass entitles pass holders to concessionary travel on buses and trams in South Yorkshire.  Pass holders are also entitled to half fare on Northern Rail train services in South Yorkshire.
